Wow I expect Instagram to lose even more users after this. Considering that many people post pictures of their dinners could this have been instigated by the Highlands Council trying to stop school children posting images of their school dinners again? :twisted:

The comments on there say it's happening to Facebook users too.

I guess it's a legal liability thing. If you do something naughty, you won't be anonymous and the company will be able to cooperate with the law.
