Oh, that's marvellous. Major drugs hauls are found every week by the PSNI alone, often belonging to Asian gangs. Our CID now targets specific gangs/larger criminals in the main too. Basically Sinn Fein don't want their collar felt and the SDLP are afraid of looking less Republican than them :roll:

Sinn Féin are against a force that might actually cut the IRA illicit drugs income. The drugs trade was controlled by the paramilitaries for years, and I guess the de-arming has allowed new entrants to the drugs trade to set up shop there.
