That's the first time I've ever seen the suggestion that it's a societal problem, or talk of the scale in context. Not sure about the Norway-style warning though

I think that it might be more down to detection rather than an increase in the numbers. Though one thing that could help cut the supply is to make it easier to report to sites and providers so that it can be removed quicker.
