So err.. he can't get a divorce because the Judge believes he's a technically a woman and same sex marriages are illegal in that state? Isn't that therefore a defacto divorce anyway? Isn't the judge actually saying 'you can't have a divorce because you're not actually married'? In which case what's the problem?

Yes the children should come first. They should be granted custody of the house as they will have lots of therapy in the years to come.

In Cartman's case well he is a little [LIFTED] so really deserves that sort of problem. :lol:
