I'm sure we'll see quite a bit of capitulation to them over the coming months, but those proposals are frigging laughable.

These are the same rules that apply in Ireland IIRC. Yet they are unwilling to abide by the same rules here. If they are unwilling to comply ban them from being sold or even given away.
