So if they're 'not prejudging the cases outcome', how come they've started disciplinary action again him before he's been found guilty? That seems a bit contradictory to me. |

He may well been found not to have breached any civil code, while still being in breach of the party's code. Standards of evidence in the two matters are very different. Given all the other stuff he's done, that party code must be fairly permissive, but flashing is probably on the no-no list. |
