WTF?
Not that any school in their right mind would hire him when they saw that on his CRB check, but the very fact that he's allowed to teach again just astonishes me.
I sure as hell wouldn't send my two sons to a school if I knew a teacher there had been convicted of child sex offences.

Agreed. Why did he just get a caution? Part of the story is missing here.

Had somebody else downloaded the images? How many normal pr0n pictures did he have?

I had a friend and he'd just scrape news groups for images and bulk download them, given the number he'd download each day, I doubt he ever looked at them all and it wouldn't surprise me, if somebody cross-posted "unsuitable" images into groups that had nothing to do with children.

Are you a pedophile, if somebody cross-posts an image into banging-grannies?

I'd like to know why he wasn't charged and why he was cleared by the panel. That is the key here and it isn't reported, just the shock horror that he can teach again. If he was innocent, why should it be a shock that he can teach again?
