An interesting read, sounds like ( excuse the pun ) its people doing the translating not the software so much. :roll:

I heard about this at work.

Their explanation about "learning" is very valid, but it rather sounds like they're not chopping up the data enough. It's a very difficult call though. Some sentences might be meaningless out of context, so without the entire message going to one "expert" the process would suffer greatly.

I think they simply need to clarify the adverts so that customers understand that someone thousands of miles away might listen to their message.
