It would make a change from cutting them for people who kinda need them, but it's not very likely.

What they will end up doing is calling anyone that they do not like a terrorist and so they can cut their benefits.

1) cut terror suspects benefits
2) They go to court using legal aid (tax payers money)
3) Government wins
4) They appeal using legal aid (tax payers money)
5) Government wins
6) They go to the European courts using legal aid (tax payers money)
7) Terror suspects win
8) They get all the benefits back paid and the tax payer foots all the legal bills.

That's my theory on what will happen anyway.

Yes but that will also apply to disabled and unemployed. Just because we have a vindictive government does not make it right. If they were not looking for work that is a perfectly valid excuse to not pay them. Abu Qatada would be pretty unemployable anyway. Good job he has gone.
