I think Ballmer has a tough job, not everyone can be as influential as Steve Jobs was. The fact that they have a new boss at the Xbox division is hardly surprising after the massive fail boat that was the Xbox One-eighty. They lost touch of who uses the console and alienated large numbers of potential customers.
