I bet that was at exactly the time they got the insurance paperwork out.

Well there are a lot of rich suckers there so will be loads of thieves in the area. With a lot of rich people in the area it does attract criminals. The fact that some safes were cracked and others not could mean that there could be a number of safe crackers in the area. Most hotels have the same safe so if you can crack one you could crack any.
