The stress tests were so flawed. They have not accounted for a return to mark to market valuation. I wonder if this accounts for the losses on mis selling of swaps instruments to small businesses. That might mean another rights issue in the future.
Just been listening to podcasts and the investors and economists and all are scathing of Barclays but also the other banks as well. They would not recommend buying the scrip issues.
