To be fair I don't know what else he could expect. He admitted half of the charges and was found not guilty of the most serious charges.
I can't believe he didn't know the consequences of what he was doing when he did it.

Of course none of that excuses the way he was treated after he was arrested. That was disgraceful.

I think he is happy with his conscience. His treatment is appalling though no worse than other high security prisoners. Many civilians in solitary confinement have serious mental health issues now over years of isolation.
