Someone at the Police should lose their job over redacting information to the IPCC. It is not as if they are making the report public. If the IPCC are unable to conduct reviews properly then they become useless. Sack the Police commissioner and Chief Constable as an automatic response for such actions.

I'm assuming he'd be in more trouble if he put the gun out of arms reach on a table or similar.
