It might help if homes were not broken up into rabbit hutches.

TBH I hate the sight of wheelie bins. The biggest problem is that houses are now very small with very little space to store these things. I live on a road with terraced houses. If they wanted to put wheelie bins here, they'd be on the pavement and pedestrians would have to walk on the roads. As it stands, we seem to get by with a black bin bag collection every week.

Yes this could be solved if bin bags were an option instead. Most bin men go around very early so it should not be a blight for too long.
