So even she is admitting Ed is just not popular to the electorate, who are increasingly voting more on the leaders personality than the actual policies.

Well there is bugger all difference between them all policy wise, so it makes sense for voters to use other ways to select whom they will vote for. On the personality basis they are all wet fish compared to Nigel Farage.
