I cannot see the problem with the right to a parole hearing. The problem is that many would be unsuitable even after many years. What could happen is that they get longer sentences.

They should just give him a parole hearing every 30 years and then quickly deny him parole. Comply to the letter.

Not even rig it like that. Don't forget that many of these people would still be a risk to the public. If they had rehabilitated and were no longer a risk why spend all that money to keep them locked up?
