My views on that head wear aside, you can't stop people just because they look Muslim.

The chances are that was the only reason she was stopped. This law looks like legalised fishing expeditions by the police.

From the original article. Seems that you have no right to silence in this case.

That went when too many dodgy coppers were using it. Most criminals either talked or could be talked into a deal.
