In India they have had a lot of problems with rapes this year. There government are inactive on this and the police incompetent. If this at least shames the government then that is good.

Still are. There was, I believe, a photo journalist hospitalised after being raped either this week or last.

Yes a woman jumped out of hotel room window. I am not sure if it is the same case. A Swedish woman was raped. Yes it is an ongoing serious problem.
