Even he deserves to be considered for parole. As it says he never killed anyone! (yet!)

Though it might be better to plan for his release in 4 years time as he would then be able to retire as I doubt his job seeking prospects would be minimal. And who would want to be his advisor at the job centre? He would add a certain frisson to the local pensioners crown bowling team. :lol:

Jailed for 7 years in 1974. So the last 32 years have been added to his sentence for basically being a dick.

You have to wonder about the kind of people who would be his supporters. He's a man with consistent record of needless violence ffs.

Simple solution. Say "Yes, we'll release him, on one condition. One of you lot has to put him up when we do".
