The words 'lawless state' could indicate why repairs aren't being done.

That might apply in some areas but not in the most populous areas. I do think that corruption is a significant problem in India and that whittles down any spending to meaningless amounts.

Reckon I could get the whole house of commons named in the streets round where I am. And my MP is a transport minister too. :lol:

We could have a similar scheme for road and pavement detritus. For example :-"Bloody hell, I've just stood in a Michael Gove. Why don't dog owners clean up after their pets?"
