http://www.theguardian.com/politics/201 ... ach-denies I rather expect that if he had “run off with it” he’d be answering questions in a police station.
FWIW - the train journey from Chelmsford to Liverpool Street is around 40 minutes. I’ve driven as far as the North Circular on a working day down the A12 (which passes Chelmsford), and that took over two hours once I got to Romford and Ilford. Similar times on the M11 depending on the time of day. The train is certainly quicker and cheaper in this situation. |

He is lucky that the public are more honest than MP's. If Cameron is incapable of looking after a red box he should be made to stay in the office until it is finished than be allowed to travel with it. |

He left one of his kids behind in a pub FFS. It's hardly a surprise he might tottle off without his red box. |

I am surprised that one of those officers did not mention it or stay with it. |

They're there to stop him getting shot or etc. not to stop him cocking up. I suspect it depends exactly what they think of him how likely they are to try to bail him out of any minor bits of foolishness he may get up to. I guess from this we can discern exactly what they think of him... |

The fact that this is not the first act of stupidity from him probably indicates that either is an idiot and they think it as well. |
