Years ago a member of the security forces over here had his wallpaper shop robbed, gave chase and blasted the scumbag in the back with his service revolver, killing him. Not a word said :lol:

The only legal and moral justification for killing Is self defence.

Well if a rifle was being aimed at him it might still be self defence. This is the police going through the motions. The police do that here, and maybe there will be no charges pressed. If it goes to court he may still be acquitted. He may have been fine if he stayed within the premises. It is reminiscent of the Tony Martin case.
