He means you are software and the brain is a computer. You could be downloaded and run in the cloud, like in Serial Experiment Lain. No brains in jars. |

All this supposes that your software would remain “sane” in such an environment. Science Fiction repeatedly tells us that this may not be the case. Also, to go back to a Dennis Potter TV play, you have to ask: who would own the copyright on such material. |
