Yet more evidence that omega-3 benefits are bogus.

Checking the wiki article, there is actually some evidence that link them to prostate cancer.

I must admit I never really fell for it. Though I tried to make sure I got regular doses of fish in my diet.

There's quite a few instances of received science apparently coming from those who'll benefit most - bottled water/ x glasses a day, Lucozade's isotonic benefits, face creams, sports shoes, you name it.

Yes but I do not fall for any of that nonsense either. The only thing that I am currently looking for is higher fibre in my food. Though that does not need to be added, I only look for it in natural ingredients. :D
