Bastards, I'm going through a work situation where I've been treated with contempt just for trying to ask questions and I know the adverse impact it's had on me, so I can only imagine what must have been going through the heads of the workers over that amount of time.

The damages should be enormous to act as a deterrent, though only custodial sentences will end this practice.

Not just the big ones. This list was used by several thousand companies.
