The London Police told EasyDNS to take down TorrentPond, but only sent a notice saying that it was a takedown request and EasyDNS should comply or be faced with being reported to ICANN. So much for innocent until proven guilty.

EasyDNS sent the UK police away with a flea in their ear and told them to come back when they have a court order.
