http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-24563683'Now then, now then...' Clever girl, the press might have ran the photos and took the risk (the Mail loves nothing more than 'coming of age' teenagers in skimpy outfits never mind a censored 15yo who became an MP whose story they could adapt), but it's all the more difficult now.

Yeah but equally she's drawn attention to their existence, so likely there are any number of grubby photographers now looking through boxes of shots from 20 years ago, that would have remained on dusty shelves forever otherwise, in the hope of an big paycheque.
Yes, she's drawn the 'sting' from them possibly being revealed somewhat but IMO she's made it more likely that they actually will be revealed. I don't think certain tabloids will give a monkeys about how she feels now (or felt then) and, tragically, there are people in the UK that won't either. They just like looking at pictures of topless women, they don't really care about the back story.
Course, legally, you're not allowed to publish photographs if the subject is under 16 unless there's an over-riding public interest. In this case, I think we'll see the logic that 'she's an MP so people need to be told what sort of person she is'. Which is bollocks but watch the argument being used.

I believe the tabs will try anything they think they can get away with if it means them selling a few papers. Do it and apologise afterwards. At worst the PCC will send them a sternly worded letter. Anyone thinking of prosecuting will be accused of 'interfering the freedom of the press'. These are the people remember who hacked a dead girl's phone. if you think they've changed, more fool you. As you might imagine, my opinion of the tabloid press would only get lower if someone handed me a spade.

I would say it would definitely count as such, as it is of an underage girl. So can we place the editors and owners of the Daily Mail on the sex offenders register? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I don't think the existence of her boobs is in question.
