There need to be an option for lower caps. If a customer never goes over their call limit why shouldn't the limit be agreed with the customer at £0. Overall it is a good start and could be managed even better with customers. My bills are very rarely over the call limit so it could be set at the same level as a call limit that has been agreed with the customer beforehand. |

i am still in the middle of a massive battle with a moblEE phone company which has been going on since may 2013 i have won arbitration for miss selling but that has not yet stopped their malice (can not provide details at this time) am seeking legal advice next week in regard to moving to court, which will prolong this for many months they should not underestimate my determination in this matter, for however long that it is required ... |
