There need to be an option for lower caps. If a customer never goes over their call limit why shouldn't the limit be agreed with the customer at £0. Overall it is a good start and could be managed even better with customers. My bills are very rarely over the call limit so it could be set at the same level as a call limit that has been agreed with the customer beforehand.
