What is the rule? I read the article but I couldn't work out what the rule was. Apart from the boss saying so. Is there an actual reason? |

It does seem arbitrary because otherwise they should not be wearing poppies for Remembrance Sunday either. |

Poppies, Comic relief and Sport relief (which appear to duplicate Children in Need in many places) all could come with a "political agenda" which I suspect is the concern for this action. Norton, by being the host, is a BBC representative and should be seen as being neutral in such matters. |
