I have a video on YouTube that’s had a claim against it. It was uploaded by the game The Movies, and included a soundtrack that the game put in. As far as I am aware, the game brings with it the rights to use the music online. However, a rights company has claimed the music as theirs and is citing copyright infringement. Personally, the video is pretty crap, so I removed it (I uploaded it when I first got the game as I thought it was a bit of fun). It’s not just me, and it seems that this kind of thing is happening here.

Now you could argue that, unlike The Movies, most games have not licensed music for video broadcast on sites like YouTube, so uploading them should not be allowed. However, we’re in a grey area now, and the PS4’s share button will nay blur these boundaries further.
