There is so much wrong with an app like that. It enhances the impression that even young girls can be "fixed" with some surgery. It cannot help when people already have an unrepresentative impression of themselves.

I read a mum accounts that her young daughter said "my Barbie is quite fat , compared to my other dolls"

She was referring to these:
