If it works like it does in France and Germany, then it should work. It depends on what they mean by inappropriate use. If they mean glorification, which is essentially what Germany and France have, then it can work. Inappropriate has to be carefully defined. |

So if I was there and was talking about WW2 with a friend, I couldn't use the word Nazi as the context isn't educational of aristic? That's just a silly over reaction to their history. |

I think it is to stop the use of terms like grammar nazi etc. If it is in relation to the historical events then it is still acceptable to use. |
