Labour's making potential electoral strides on every aspect of the economy (they'll never be able to pull it off but what's new?) and he's creating bogeymen for a core vote that might not even hold up come election time. |

The creation of ghettos was boosted considerably by the clampdown housing benefits. The show was a farce since they only concentrated on those on benefits when the majority of the households are working. |
