That large boulder that stops on the road was so close. There could have been a car or walker along there when that happened. To have avoided three big boulders with such minimal damage is incredible. |

You'd think the massive boulder sitting the field that had rolled down some time before might have been a clue not to build the farmhouse there... |

I'm thinking perhaps the older boulder had either been there so long nobody thought too much about it or it happened and then the farmhouse became a bit difficult to sell. In either case, the fact there were ho casualties is impressive. |

It looks like the major rock was there for a long time before as the vineyard was set up around it. If you go up the coast of Sweden you will see the occasional massive boulder in the middle of the field. All were left there by retreating glaciers. Though would any home buyer actually realise that there are a couple of boulders that could roll down onto their home? |

The farm house and barn are / were 400 years old. |
