MS would be better licensing the images and what have you of their IPs than essentially porting the games to mobile devices, Disney 'em up. Those games are the only reason people buy Nintendo hardware at the moment, you'd need to be mad to cheapen that connection to make a few million (if extremely lucky) over a period of years whilst bolstering the companies who stole your lunch! Nintendo is far from broke and there's no need to take that risk; it could buy in games developers ffs.
