Same here in Germany, a lot of the flood defences planned after the 2009 floods hadn't been implemented as we had record floods in Autumn last year. |

Yes Dave is in trouble with that one, no wonder he has been out a lot in his wellies trying to find out what he did wrong. The fact that more extreme weather is now more regular and what would be once in a century storm is more likely to be once in a decade or less means that he might actually have to change a lot more policies longer term. |
