http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-26959628 Makes a change from a mass shooting. Something I'm sure the gun lobby will highlight as a reason to keep guns. At least no one died this time. |

I'd say the fact nobody died is actually the most important thing. If 20 people get shot with an assault rifle, even one 'hobbled' to only be able to fire as a semi-automatic weapon, most of them are going to die. If 20 people get stabbed with a knife most of them (or, as in this case, all of them) are going to live. There is no arguable way where not having guns is not better. |
