I can't say I notice a difference when I'm talking German or English. |

There are several well known(in psychology circles) examples where one language has a certain logical structure that another one lacks, If you ask someone bilingual in both languages to solve a puzzle involving that linguistic quirk they can do it if presented with it in one language but not in the other. So language definitely affects our brains in more fundamental ways than just how we communicate. |
