The problem is tax law. They would be crucified by their shareholders if the voluntarily paid more tax than they had to. It is thru same over here, but if you want them to pay 'their fair share', then you need to change the law, so that they have to pay the tax. |

Skim read the article but essentially they exploited loop holes. How many companies are going to play "fair"? Hell, even in the GP surgeries I've worked, things are done via certain ways to maximise income without being illegal but certainly not "proper". |
