Costs the NHS billions, but rakes in billions more in fuel duty and VAT.

Diesel is not good for asthmatics. Those particles can cause problems, especially in hot enclosed places - such as cities. At times, high particle warnings have caused health warnings to go out advising people with heart and lung problems to avoid parts of London - such as Oxford Street.
