If us Europeans get kicked out of the UK, do I still need to repay my student loan?
Also, I think a lot of high end industries (non finance sector) will really struggle, considering that a lot of the smart kids in the UK go into finance, regardless of degrees they have undertaken.

Out of interest, what are your thoughts on the follows:

1. The complete removal of the NHS as a public service
2. The complete removal of all maternity rights
3. The complete removal of all paternity rights
4. The complete removal of all holiday entitlement
5. The complete removal of the minimum wage
6. The complete removal of all protections under the working time directive.
7. The import of poached ivory into the country

Careful, now. You’ll have the police calling round. Apparently, UKIP don’t like having their policies checked and posted on the internet.

Apparently, they also want people who call them fascists to be arrested under hate crime laws:
Quote:
Ms [Janice] Atkinson [Ukip’s South East chair] said the party had contacted Sussex Police’s chief constable and called for any protesters who “call our supporters fascists, hurl other abuse or any physical assault” to be arrested.

She said: “I have no problem with free speech but talk of fascism and Nazism to the third-biggest mainstream party in Britain is disgraceful.

“We are asking police to act under the Public Order Act. If we are having pensioners turning up and being called racist Nazi sluts, little old ladies who themselves or their parents probably fought in the war – that’s a hate crime, it’s inciting the public to violence.”

A couple of wags on Twitter referred to UKIP as “Purpleshirts” and “Tweedshirts” yesterday. I think the latter applies admirably.

...but we're still ok to call them narrow minded bigots, yes? ;)
