They practically withdraw funding entirely from established HE/FE colleges with decent reputations and years of standing because of 'austerity' and then give money to people who anyone possessing of a functioning higher nervous system can see are running a transparently obvious scam.
But hey, private enterprise is better and saves the taxpayer money!
