It certainly makes for good headlines for the coalition in the main, but that fracking inclusion is ridiculously cheeky. That said, it's probably the only thing there that's really new and has legs apart from the plastic bag tax :evil:

A law to criminalise possession of "written paedophilia"? That seems too many degrees removed from the harm that paedos do to others to be viable.

They tried bringing fracking to Bath a few years back, thankfully that was aborted pretty quickly. Have they not seen the reports of the people in the US who have contaminated water come out of their taps?

Sorry, bit of a tangent but now you mention it... 'Localised flooding'. Isn't flooding always localised? Isn't it 'a particular place' that is flooded, be it a house or a village or whatever. If we ever get the point of 'generalised flooding', aren't we pretty much boned?
