89 out of 557, that's almost 16%. How the f**k can they allow it to get to that level without doing something about it? Not so much 'bolting the stable door after the horse has bolted', more 'not having a stable door in the first place.' |

Maybe it's as well they're escaping... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-27836961 We should totally set up a PPI prison staffed by G4S and Serco... should be ready by 2025. |
