http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-28495631 I honestly don't see why big stores should be singled out like this (though most could afford it and avoid tax elsewhere it seems). As the article points out, the smaller stores are the way forward for both consumer and company, seemingly. It's quite obvious there's a swing towards home delivery and collection anyway. It just seems arbitrary. And the cheek of some councils talking about spending... |

councils need the money to continue to pay their management bonuses and shift more money into overseas saving accounts for their future pay off's too themselves they cant hit the average person much harder so they look at big business for their ill gotten gains ... |
