I expected this to be one of ernie's ten year old articles, where he missed the date; because this has been common knowledge for years.

Longer term as well. The recent findings come from 5 years of study where they determined that any initial negative side-effects were outweighed by the positive outcomes after a long term study.
Needless to say, I won't be giving it a go!
