Lots of good advances in medicine, and being able to cram it all into a car is brilliant.
Related - when I was in London last week, I saw a paramedic bicycle in Shaftesbury Avenue. Someone was having treatment in a doorway, and clearly the bike was there first (given the traffic), with a paramedic car in attendance. I had never seen a bicycle being used in this way before. It makes sense in London - it will probably be the fastest way to get someone to the scene for initial triage and treatment pending the backup vehicle attending if needed.
