Must admit my first was 'terrorism my arse. They're just looking for an excuse to make you buy over priced food there.'
If a terrorist was there, they've just detonate their bomb/shoot their gun in the crowds before the security point. It would cause just as much terror.

Its just a money making scheme - like the fact they they now stop you taking your own booze into Cricket matches but the bars are open all day
